Before building a house, you sit down with an architect and plan the complete picture: the house, the garage, the paved driveway, the trees, and the landscaping. That vision defines the result you want. Your budget determines how you get there. You might build the house first, add the garage the following year, and finish the landscaping later. Each phase contributes to the same plan.
An ERP project follows the same logic.
