Jacques has been working with ERP for 26 years, the last 20 of them with Business Central. He combines a manufacturing background with a sales-architect approach, and has delivered more than 500 Business Central demonstrations across many industries, mainly manufacturing and distribution, backed by a deep knowledge of the Microsoft ecosystem. As Partner and Business Central Enthusiast, his role at Synergia365 is to understand the business behind each initiative, set clear expectations from the first conversation, and show what the product can really do. He believes strongly in Business Central and in what it brings to manufacturers and distributors.

An industrial engineer by training, Karim brings 17 years of experience in the Microsoft Dynamics ecosystem, moving from consultant to Director of Consulting Services and then Vice President of Operations.
He founded Pareto 365 around the very principle behind its name: an 80/20 approach that concentrates the team's energy on the small number of processes that create the most value. At Synergia365, he applies that same discipline to operations, guided by one simple conviction: understand the why before discussing the how. Every technology solution must first answer a clear business objective.
